Q: How is Divine Paradigm related to Scary Entertainment?

A:
Divine Paradigm is the place where all of my projects come together. It's
sort of a figure-head of all of my different interests, ventures, and ideas. It's
also where you can find information about projects and services that are not
as directly entertainment-related as Scary Entertainment.

Q: Is that a picture of a real cave on that button on the entrance page?
If so, what cave is it?

A:
Yes, it is. It is a photo of an area of Cudjo's Cave (formerly known as
Cudjo's Caverns) called Cleopatra's Pool. It is located near my hometown in
what's known as the Cumberland Gap in Southeastern Kentucky. The cave,
especially the area called the Ballroom, has Masonic significance for those
of you really digging for personal info on me, but I won't explain it. You'll
have to dig the rest up yourself.

Q: Why are you always so late with the updates? Why haven't there
been any reviews or interviews lately?

A:
Why do I have to answer to you? You ain't my daddy! You don't pay my
bills! Hehe, I'm just kidding with you. If you haven't noticed, I'm the only one
doing the work on this site. I have plenty of help with the ideas of what I
should be doing, but no one to actually help do any of them. Over the past
several months, I've been adding quite a bit of new features, and it is VERY
time consuming. I have interviews to do and great new bands that I want to
review, but I want to get the new stuff on here before I add to the areas that
were already up. It won't be long, and you can always volunteer to lend a
hand if you're in a big hurry to see the new reviews and interviews. That's
what I thought.

Q: Do you sell hubcaps for a '72 Pinto hatchback?

A:
No. (if you don't get it, you weren't there.)

Q: When is "Janus the Jester" ever going to be released?

A:
Hopefully, Mardi Gras 2008.

Q: Why do you hate record labels (more accurately - media
corporations) so much?

A:
I don't. Hate is a strong word. What I feel requires a powerful word like
"loathe, detest, execrate, or anathematise". Yes, anathematise. That's the
one. Remember, that only applies to the fascist media confederation that
has slowly been buying its way to the status of what can only be described as
an international monopoly, while keeping authorities busy chasing down
chimerical "pirates" with claims of school children robbing them of millions.
If you can't understand that, visit a few dozen entertainment company sites
that have "site search" features. Type in words like "ClearChannel, Sony,
and Warner" and tell me how many don't turn up any results showing them
to have affiliations. What are they called now, the "Big Five, Big Four"? I
have a major problem with the fact that the industry has never been
regulated properly, but its customers always have been.

Q: Why aren't there any movies in the movie section?

A: Because we don't have any. I'm kidding. Originally, that section was
intended for reviews. Independent film-makers, for some reason, think that
no one should be allowed to give them a bad review, so they tell you that
you can't review them unless it's a good review. I can write anything I want
about anyone I want (watch this: The Vatican is an empire of pure evil, bent
on world domination through the infiltration of every known religion and
destroying them from the inside like a spiritual virus. ...and this: Bill Clinton
was a glorified used-car salesman. He sold himself to America and then
sold his soul to Arafat. ...see, I told ya), but I won't give a bad review just for
spite. Since I liked some of these films, but didn't like the attitudes of their
creators, I chose not to review them at all. Now, the section is in limbo until
either film-makers contact me and request reviews, or our own catalog
begins to develop. In order to keep from wasting space, I plan to have a little
fun with the area by putting some fun, film-related content there along with
an explanation.

Q: Your views on religion are confusing. You're a Freemason, you
seem to be anti-church, and you review Satanic bands. What religion
are you?

A: The simple answer is that I am not of any religion. I claim no
denomination or religious affiliation, whatsoever. Now, the complex
explanation: My family's religious background is Baptist and Pentecostal. I
am a Freemason, like so many Baptists, Methodists, Muslims, Jews, and
countless other Christian and non-Christian brothers of nearly every belief
known and unknown to the world. I am just a man who lives by his own
conscience in service to his Designer. I am not anti-church. I am "anti" most
every church that I have visited, seen, or read about...not all, but most. As
with the entire world and all of society, I have seen the best and worst of
mankind in both pulpit and pew. I judge a church, mainly, by its policies of
love and acceptance and the authority it grants to and importance it places
upon its leaders. I am against men placing themselves between other men
and God. If the god you serve won't deal with you directly, find yourself
another god. Men use the authority of intercession to gain the power to
dominate other men...that's how it has always been. Read a history book if
you don't believe me. As to my reviewing Satanic bands, I have two answers:
1) None of them have represented themselves to me as Satanists. Some of
them might be, but pentagrams and loud guitar do not make Satanists.
There are people who, in ancient times, worshiped the literal Satan as a god,
and there are people who use Satan as a symbol of their rejection of the
Church and exaltation of the self. The latter, for the most part, do not believe
in any god or devil. Look words up before you throw them around. Ignorance
is the most deadly of sins. 2) When I started out as a Christian musician, I
complained that my music should stand on its own and not be judged by
what my personal beliefs are. That is what I do in my reviews. The music's
either good or bad, not good or evil. Music can be used for either good or
evil, but music can't be evil...mankind has that market cornered. I'm just
"doing unto others as I would have them do unto me." Does that sound
familiar? ...I didn't think so.
